One of the benefits of developing our apiary at the Timothy Centre is the beeswax that is produced…and the potential for another income generating project to help support the community development programs and the Timothy Girls’ College.
Unlike the local candles that are bought in the shops, these really are dripless! And… they are all natural, non-toxic, non-polluting and non-sooting. We will be able to produce them in a variety of sizes and shapes with the molds that we brought from Canada a while back.
We plan to sell these candles in gift shops here in Uganda, as well as make them available for sale in Canada through Pacific Academy.
